Raw Organic Sweet Raisin/Nut Loaf
½ cup Ground Cashews
1/3 cup Pureed Butternut Squash
1 cup Almond pulp
½ cup Walnut pulp
½ cup Ground Flaxseed
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 tbsp Raw Honey
4 Dates – Processed to a paste
Juice from ½ a Lemon
Cinnamon
Salt
Handful of raisins
Handful of cashews
 - Add the Ground Cashews, Flaxseed, Oats, Cinnamon and salt to a food processor and blend until combined. Transfer to a bowl and keep the mixture to one side.
 - Now add the rest of the ingredients except the raisins and cashews to the food processor and blend until combined, adding water a little at a time if needed. Be careful not to add too much as it will become too sticky
 - Once again, add the first mixture to what you have in the processor and pulse to combine all the ingredients into the final dough.
 - Transfer to a chopping board and fold in the raisins by hand, you can also fold in some bigger cashew pieces if you crush the nuts first, and finally mould into a loaf.
 - Add the remainder of the cashews to the top of the loaf to garnish, and place on a dehydrator tray for 1 hour.
 - Slice the loaf carefully, placing each piece onto the dehydrator tray and leave for a further 8 hours.
This was super nice, spread with raw nut butter!..i’m actually in heaven :)
